1 Message. Wednesday, October 30th, 2019 12:01 AM. Closed. Why didn't the TV Promise reimburse me for missed channels? I was told by a customer service persona at AT&T that I would be reimbursed for the weeks we were without Channel 4 and Channel 5. I never saw a credit on my bill.
