The Ks47 Gen2 resolves this by adding material to the inside of the upper. At this point the rifle can cycle by hand. Time to mount a key-mo muzzle device. The BRN barrel is thin with the ⅝" gas block. That leaves little to no barrel for a shoulder for the muzzle device. In hindsight I wouldn't have copied the BRN design.
